Charles O'Neill Hostel is our 80 bed home located in Mayfield West NSW. We have an opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse to join our team on a permanent part time basis. The shift times we have available are:

• Wednesday 6.45am - 2.45pm
• Thursday to Sunday 2.30pm - 9.45pm

In this role, you will provide holistic, safe and quality care to our residents consistent with our Mission, Philosophy and Values. This includes assisting our residents to live an active and meaningful life.

You will be a team-player with excellent communication skills who is able to liaise with care staff, family members, doctors and the management team. Excellent reporting skills are required to complete necessary compulsory reporting, progress notes and incident reporting, while maintaining all policies and procedures that are in place.

To be considered a successful candidate, you will possess the following:

• Current APHRA registration to practice as an Enrolled Nurse
• Previous experience working within Aged Care
• Be flexible, versatile and able to respond to difficult situations in a calm manner
• Understanding of continuous quality improvement and accreditation
• COVID vaccinated
• NDIS check or willing to obtain
