In this role, you will have responsibility for delivering a range of outcomes in relation to quality and education support and you will ensure that current accreditation standards are met or exceeded. In addition to this, you will: 

  • Implement our standard operating model for quality and education;
  • Ensure clinical and service delivery is upheld to the highest standards;
  • Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits at the homes;
  • Facilitate effective training and education for new and existing staff, including induction, competencies and mandatory training.  

To be successful in this role you will need: 

  • Current registration with APHRA;
  • An in-depth understanding of the new Aged Care Quality Standards;
  • Previous experience in a similar role within an Aged Care environment;
  • The ability to multi-task and work as part of a cohesive team.
  • Must be able to provide evidence of 2020 Flu Vaccination.
