Applications Team Leader - IT (Enterprise Applications)

Exciting things are happening at Catholic Healthcare! Our business is growing, we have 5000+ employees and a fabulous opportunity for a Team Leader to join our broader Applications Team and be part of a large, collaborative internal IT Team. 

As Team Leader of the Core Business/ Enterprise Apps team, you will utilise a combination of your technical proficiency and leadership abilities to lead a team of 3 Application Specialists in support of administration and systems, management of small-scale projects, contribution to strategic projects and coordination of the activities of members of the team.

*Essential to be considered for this position - Proven experience and expertise in leading functional support and applications specialist teams in the design and implementation, content management and automation solutions for core business applications (supporting Finance, HR, Rostering and Enterprise Incident and Risk Management). 

Your primary responsibilities will include;

• Manage and support all assigned applications using ITSM processes, working closely with our business to ensure they remain current and online
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership and expertise, managing small-scale projects as needed, staying informed about emerging IT landscape changes, and providing guidance for issue resolution
• Lead a team of dedicated application specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and task assignments
• Proactively create and maintain knowledge articles, ensuring that application information and data are current and relevant

Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate, collaborate and influence will aid your success, additionally you will have;

• 5+ years’ experience in a Team Leader role within IT Functional Applications 
• Demonstrated experience leading applications support 
• Technical knowledge of corporate support systems such as Finance (Dynamics F&O), HR (ichris), Ceridian, Procure to Pay (Basware), Rostering/Time & Attendance (Humanforce), Enterprise Incident & Risk Management or similar - Essential
• Technical knowledge of Power Automate and functional knowledge of available applications such as Microsoft Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Finance.
• Technical knowledge of the Microsoft Application Platform
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL framework.
• Experience working on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform 
• Experience with the public cloud, particularly Azure, DevOps, CI/CD process and overall Agile development methodology.
• Technical knowledge/experience of Aged Care Clinical systems such as eCase, Alayacare Cloud, Procura or similar is desirable.
• Ability to provide proof of Covid19 Immunisations – Essential
