We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Business Manager to join our Home & Community Services team, based in Hunters Hill

As a Business Manager for Northern and Western Sydney, you will lead a team of Care Advisors and administrative staff and ensure that care standards and quality are met at all times. Addition to this, you will focus on building strong relationships with our existing clients, prospect for new customers, you will drive performance results for lead conversions and sales, you will implement processes and improvements to create a seamless customer service experience. Most importantly, you will communicate our brand promise to our customers at every opportunity.

To be considered a successful candidate for this role, you will possess the following: -

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Allied Health, Nursing, Social Science, or related field;
  • Solid understanding of operational systems and processes used in the provision of community care services;
  • Aged Care Funding understanding of Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Home Care Package funding arrangements;
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing business growth strategies with outcomes;
  • Human Resource and Financial Management skills;
  • Flexible and positive attitude to working in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment;
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft and systems skills.
