We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Business Manager to join our Home & Community Services team, based in Hunters Hill
As a Business Manager for Northern and Western Sydney, you will lead a team of Care Advisors and administrative staff and ensure that care standards and quality are met at all times. Addition to this, you will focus on building strong relationships with our existing clients, prospect for new customers, you will drive performance results for lead conversions and sales, you will implement processes and improvements to create a seamless customer service experience. Most importantly, you will communicate our brand promise to our customers at every opportunity.
