We are seeking an energetic and sales-driven individual to join our Home & Community Services team in the role of Customer Experience Team Leader. Initially based at our Hunters Hill office (with relocation plans to Surry Hills this year), you will lead and coach a team of eight Customer Care Consultants to drive increased sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will work along side an Operations Team Leader where you will assist with coaching our Service Delivery Team to drive sales and identify support opportunities offered to our customers.
