We are seeking an energetic and sales-driven individual to join our Home & Community Services team in the role of Customer Experience Team Leader. Initially based at our Hunters Hill office (with relocation plans to Surry Hills this year), you will lead and coach a team of eight Customer Care Consultants to drive increased sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will work along side an Operations Team Leader where you will assist with coaching our Service Delivery Team to drive sales and identify support opportunities offered to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and mentoring our Customer Care Consultants and Service Delivery Coordinators to ensure an exceptional customer experience and increased sales conversion;
  • Repositioning Catholic Healthcare to maximise our sales and customer experience to our front-line consumers;
  • Working with internal stakeholders to provide a seamless acquisition experience for new clients and manage all enquiries;
  • Monitoring leads and sales conversion and report against these targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis;
  • Ensuring that opportunities are provided for learning, development and career advancement for staff, and more.

As a successful candidate, you will bring:

  • Proven Sales and Customer Service experience within a contact Centre setting;
  • Proven experience transforming and leading a team of Sales Consultants including recruitment, coaching and training;
  • Ability to oversee and action key performance indicators and performance management plans;
  • A strong consumer focus with essential skills in service and sales centres;
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
