We are looking to fill a newly created Deputy Regional Manager role working strategically across a small group of homes. Reporting to a Regional Manager, this key leadership role is an ideal opportunity for a Manager looking to take the next step in their career. In addition to ensuring clinical standards and commercial measures are met and maintained across all homes, this role will drive consistency and build capabilities at the Residential Manager level.

You will be responsible for;

  • Successfully developing Residential Managers to be able to lead teams through periods of change and drive performance.
  • Drive consistency in the way new Managers are inducted in to the organisation ensuring they are set up for success and are well-supported.
  • Acting as an effective conduit between on-site Residential Managers and Macquarie Park functions.
  • Ensuring onsite compliance standards around Accreditation, WHS and Food Standard are continually applied.
  • Working collaboratively with all levels of care home staff through complex accreditation processes.
  • Managing P&Ls and providing high level analysis of data and commercial reporting around Occupancy, resourcing and ACFI.

You will have significant experience working as a Manager. You’ll bring a collaborative and creative approach to your work as well as a demonstrated track record for building and leading strong teams & achieving commercial success. Importantly, you’ll also be able to strike a positive balance between the professional, commercial and care aspects of your role and our organisation. 

A background in healthcare or human services related industries will be highly valued.   Additionally, this is a role that requires some travel. On offer is the opportunity to lead an experienced, supportive team and drive significant positive change.
