Lead the development of innovative marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at raising and maintaining our Home and Community Services brand profile and provide strategic direction to customer experience.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Macquarie Park on a permanent full-time basis. This role is vital to the success of Catholic Healthcare, as we continue to grow and position ourselves as an aged care provider of choice in an increasingly customer driven market.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, your role will be to:

  • Function as the primary service contact point for all Home and Community marketing needs;
  • Lead and develop the implementation of branded customer experience, acquisition and retention strategies to support sales targets;
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Service team on CRM lead generation, nurture and upsell customer journeys, deliverables and measurement;
  • Develop and nurture a strong referrer network strategy, and more.

As our preferred candidate you will have experience working as a senior marketing professional where you have successfully driven marketing strategies across all marketing disciplines. Importantly, you’ll be able to strike a positive balance between the professional, commercial and care aspects of your role and our organisation. Your strong strategic business mindset, outstanding stakeholder management and collaborative approach to getting things done will be highly valued. Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline are essential. A background in healthcare or human services related industries will also be highly valued.
