St Joseph’s Aged Care is our 112-bed home located in Coffs Harbour NSW. We have opportunities for Personal Carers to join our team on a permanent part time basis. The shift times we have available are:

• Morning: 6:45am to 2:45pm
• Afternoon: 2:30pm to 9:45pm
• Night: 9:30pm to 7:00am

You will be responsible for providing essential personal care services for our residents to ensure a high quality of life. This includes assisting our residents with personal hygiene, showering, dressing, assisting with meals service, mobility, and social support.

To be successful in this role you'll need:

• Completion of Cert III or Cert IV qualifications in aged care, independent support, or similar
• Previous experience working within a residential aged care facility
• Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with a wide range of people
• Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• COVID vaccinated
• NDIS check or willing to obtain
