St Joseph’s Aged Care is our 112-bed home located in Coffs Harbour NSW. We have opportunities for Registered Nurses to join our team on a permanent part time basis. The shift times we have available are:

• Morning: 6:45am to 3:00pm
• Afternoon: 2:30pm to 10.00pm
• Night: 9:30pm to 7:15am

You will be responsible for providing a high standard of nursing clinical care with an individual, person-centred approach to our residents, and you will provide coaching, supervision and guidance to the personal care team.

To be successful in this role you'll need:

• Completion of tertiary qualifications in nursing, healthcare, or similar (Bachelor of Nursing)
• Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
• Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
• Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the ageing process, particularly age-related health issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Competent using computer systems, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
