Currently, we are offering an outstanding opportunity to lead our teams at St Joseph and St Anne’s in the role of Residential Manager. This is a permanent full-time role where the successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with an established team.
This leadership role is critical to the success of our organisation as we work to grow and transform ourselves as a care provider of choice. The role of the Residential Manager will be to provide vision, leadership and operational management of the home consistent with our mission, philosophy and commitment to the delivery of high quality care to our residents, as well as ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services, build and nurture relationships within the community and local health district, maintain occupancy, provide effective leadership in an inspirational manner and drive initiatives to support positive outcomes.
