Provide quality recruitment services to drive high volume growths plans in Aged Care.
With a large development pipeline for 2020, we are looking for an experienced volume Recruiter to deliver a range of recruitment services in support of our new Residential Aged Care Home Commissions (Greenfield) and existing Home expansions (Brownfield).
This is a permanent role reporting to the Commissioning Manager and will be responsible for developing tailored recruitment strategies for each Greenfield & Brownfield Home. This will involve the following:

You will have a head of full ideas about recruitment marketing and spend your time perfecting the best job ads, maximizing our EVP and driving information sessions that position us as an employer of choice. Most importantly the ability to work as part of a team and partner with multiple stakeholders is key.
