Use your passion for learning and educating and apply it in a Residential Aged Care setting.  

Working on site you will be delivering educational programs and initiatives to enhance employee knowledge, skills and performance to both current employees and new starters. 

This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Full time role and is based at Hunter's Hill. Our St Anne and St Joseph's homes are a combined 100 bed Residential Aged care homes. 

The key focus areas are:

• Co Ordinating and delivering the induction and onboarding program to newly hired employee
• Delivering and/or facilitating education and training to all Residential Aged care (RAC) employees within the home to meet role expectations and ensure compliance across all Aged Care Quality Standards 
• Conducting education and training needs analysis and develop a learning plan to address identified gaps 

What you need to be considered for the role 

• Cert IV Workplace Training & Assessment or something similar – essential 
• Experience in delivering education & training programs using adult learning principles 
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety 
• Solid understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality standards - ideally
• Clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process - ideally
• IT savvy, full Microsoft Suite and able to pick up new systems with ease 
• Able to work independently and part of a multi disciplinary team 
• COVID vaccinated 
• NDIS check or willing to obtain
