The key focus areas are
Co Ordinating and delivering the induction and onboarding program to newly hired employees
Delivering and/or facilitating education and training to all Residential Aged care (RAC) employees within the home to meet role expectations and ensure compliance across all Aged Care Quality Standards
Conducting education and training needs analysis and develop a learning plan to address identified gaps
